Terms of service

The service

AskAnalytics records sessions of visitors who arrive at your website from paid ads, analyses them with AI, and delivers replays, audits, and digests. By creating an account or installing our snippet you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your responsibilities

• Only install the snippet on sites you own or are authorised to instrument.
• Comply with the laws that apply to your sites, including informing your visitors about session recording where required.
• Keep your account access secure — sign-in links sent to your email are for you alone.
• Do not use the service to collect data you are not entitled to collect, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Billing

Usage plans are billed at $9.99 per domain per month plus 5¢ per recorded session; the agency plan is billed flat at $499 per month with one million recorded sessions included. Prices may change with notice, taking effect at your next billing period. You can cancel anytime, and billing stops at the end of the current period; amounts already billed are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

Session data recorded from your sites belongs to you. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it — storing, processing, and analysing it to produce the replays, audits, and digests you signed up for. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Service quality

We work to keep the service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or of any particular outcome. AI-generated audits and verdicts are analytical aids — sensible judgements from real session data, not guarantees — and decisions you take on them remain yours.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will give notice where practical. On closure, your session data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
